Terms of use of the online shop autoangaras.lt:

1. What is autoangaras.lt?

1.1. autoangaras.lt is an online car parts store.

1.2. all copyrights of autoangaras.lt are owned by UAB "Rimgerda" (hereinafter - the Seller), company code 302767519, registered office address Tvenkinių g. 8A-54, Šakių k., Kauno r., LT-47413, VAT payer code LT100014145712, the company is registered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.3. The Seller has the right to change the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use of autoangaras.lt. If users use autoangaras.lt after the changes, it automatically implies their acceptance of the changed conditions.

2. General provisions

2.1. All natural and legal persons (hereinafter referred to as "Buyers") with and without an account on autoangaras.lt may browse, view and purchase goods in autoangaras.lt e-shop.

2.2 All Customers of the autoangaras.lt e-shop agree to the provisions of these Terms of Use and undertake to comply with them.

2.3 These Terms of Use set out the general terms and conditions of purchase and sale agreements.

3. Buyer's account at autoangaras.lt

3.1 The Buyer may create an account on autoangaras.lt.

3.2 The Buyer is responsible for the security of his/her login data and for all actions performed on it.

3.3 The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided.

3.4 The Seller has the right to block the Buyer's account and refuse to provide the Buyer with the services in the event of incorrect or inaccurate information.

4. Buyer's rights

4.1 The Buyer has the right to purchase goods on autoangaras.lt in accordance with these Terms of Use.

4.2 The Buyer shall have the right to exchange or return the purchased goods in accordance with these Terms of Use.

4.3 The Buyer has the right to have access to his/her personal data processed by the Seller.

4.4 The Buyer shall have other rights set out in these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

5. Obligations of the Buyer

5.1. to read carefully all the information provided about the product for sale, its final price and the taxes included therein before purchasing the product;

5.2. not to take any action that may jeopardise the security of the autoangaras.lt online shop and its database;

5.3. not to transfer the autoangaras.lt Customer's account or its login data to third parties;

5.4. to comply with other obligations imposed on the Buyer by the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. Obligations of the Seller

6.1. to enable the Buyer to safely and conveniently purchase autoangaras.lt goods;

6.2. to provide the goods ordered by the Buyer in accordance with the conditions set out in the Terms of Use; and

6.3. to accept the Buyer's return of the Goods in accordance with the conditions set out in the Terms of Use.

6.4. to process the Buyer's Personal Data only in accordance with the procedure set out in the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania;

7. Ordering of goods

7.1 When ordering goods on autoangaras.lt, the Buyer shall provide his/her Personal Data necessary for the execution of the goods order.

7.2 The order can be placed on autoangaras.lt by Customers with an account and Customers without an account.

7.3 Each order is registered and stored in the autoangaras.lt database.

8. Order payment

8.1 The Buyer may pay for an order placed with autoangaras.lt:

8.1.1. by bank card;

8.1.2. by e-banking through Paysera payment system;

8.1.3. by bank transfer;

8.1.4. payment system PayPal.

9. Return and exchange of goods

9.1 You may return the goods purchased at autoangaras.lt within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

9.2 Exchange or return of the goods shall be made after the Buyer has returned the goods.

9.3 All shipping costs shall be paid by the Buyer.

9.4 Returned goods must be undamaged and unmodified.

9.5 Goods shall be accepted back or exchanged for other goods on presentation of proof of purchase.

9.6 The Seller shall not be liable for any costs in excess of the total amount of the order and delivery.

10. Delivery of the goods

10.1 When ordering goods from autoangaras.lt, the Buyer may choose one of the following delivery methods:

10.1.1. delivery to the collection point;

10.1.2. delivery to the specified address;

10.1.3. collection from the Seller's warehouse;

10.2 Only the person who placed the order or the person specified at the time of placing the order may accept or collect the goods

10.3. if the Buyer chooses to have the goods delivered to a collection point:

10.3.1. delivery of the goods is possible to LP Express, Omniva, DPD and Venipak post offices;

10.3.2. the goods shall be delivered within the time limit specified on the goods;

10.4. if the Buyer chooses to have the goods delivered to the address indicated:

10.4.1. the goods may be delivered by UPS, GLS, LP Express, Omniva, DPD or Venipak couriers;

10.4.2. the goods shall be delivered within the time limit specified on the goods;

10.5. if the Buyer chooses to collect the goods:

10.5.1. the Seller informs the Buyer of the ready order by e-mail, SMS or phone call;

10.5.2. the Seller prepares the order within the time limit specified for the selected goods;

11. Intellectual property

11.1 All information contained in the e-shop, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images, their summary and layout (hereinafter referred to as the "Content") is the property of autoangaras.lt or its partners and is protected by the laws and other regulations of the Republic of Latvia. It is strictly prohibited to use the Content for commercial or other purposes that violate the legitimate interests.

12. Protection of personal data

12.1 The Seller shall process the personal data provided by the Buyer in the autoangaras.lt online store, which is necessary for the provision of services.

12.2 The Seller shall not provide personal data to third parties without a legitimate reason.

12.3 The Buyer shall have the right to access and rectify the personal data processed by the Seller.

13. Final provisions

13.1 The law of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to the execution and interpretation of these Terms of Use.

13.2 All disputes arising from the execution of these Terms of Use shall be settled by negotiation.

13.3 In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
